Terms and conditions-
A deposit of one nights accommodation is required to confirm your booking within seven days of making the booking or your booking may be cancelled. Your deposit will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $30 it received in writing 14 days prior to arrival.
You will fall to your deposit or cancel closer than 14 days.
If cancelled seven days prior to arrival date you will be liable to the total cost of your booking.
However, if we can rebooked the said dates you will only be required to pay a cancellation fee.
If the chalets left in excessively dirty state above normal cleaning you will be charged with the extra claiming, e.g.: dirty dishes etc
Check In -any time from 2 PM
Check Out - by 10 AM unless by prior appointment
The chalets are non-smoking but smokers pot is provided on the patio area. If smoking is detected inside the chalets there is a $200 a that we charge a cleaning the curtains, upholstery, carpets and air-conditioning filters
Gift Vouchers - prepaid vouchers can be arranged for special occasions.
Blocked dates -
please note no departures or arrivals are allowed on Christmas Day or January 1st.
Travel Insurance - we suggest you look into travel insurance your holiday at Yelverton Brook especially if this is a long distance holiday to ensure your peace of mind if a travel plans have to change quickly.
Online Bookings -
Are paid in full at the time of the booking with instant confirmation of your booking.
If you need to cancel your booking a cancellation fee of $30 + online fees will apply to your cancelled booking.
